Is the Purpose of going into business to get free of a job so you can create employment for other people?

What is your plan?
Does your “plan” should answer some of these questions? Where do I wish to be? When will I be there? How much money will that take? How many people, doing what, how long? What technology will be required? How much space will be needed?
Do you where 3 major hats as the new business owner? Hat 1---Technician….(you do something well and stay current). Hat 2---Manager….(the whole business must be well organized). Hat 3---Entrepreneur…(creative, fearless, flexible, visionary).
