The Rules for Healthy Business Persons

 

1. Exercise six days a week—for the rest of your life.

         1a. Do serious aerobic exercise four days.

         1b Do serious strength training 3 days.

 

2.  Spend less than you make.

 

3.  Quit eating junk. (Quality not quantity)

 

4.  Pray, meditate, and read daily.

 

5.  Commit to a cause greater than yourself.

 

6.  Connect with family, friends, and strangers.

 

7.  Stay open to the Mystery.
