The 33 question challenge.

 

If you are or want to be a business owner, then you will be a leader as well. The qualities of Leadership are many and you can research them easily by reading and witnessing how your favorite leaders live. At the end of t he day, it’s leading by example that truly influences people.

 

Here are a series of questions you might want to think about and answer. Some seem frivolous and some will be challenging. However, if you know yourself well you will have answers and some of those answers may surprise you. One interesting thing that may come out of this ‘exercise’ is a glimpse at your values and beliefs, some of which you may want to reconsider.

 

Answer the questions and see what happens. Try to answer quickly  versus thinking about it…as in your first answer may be the most telling. If you don’t have an answer right away, skip the question and move on. You can go back later to finish.

How do you deal with stress?

What question do you most want answered?

What is your most influential book?

Who is your favorite author?

What was your most ecstatic moment?

What is your most cherished possession?

What is your favorite movie?

What is your favorite restaurant?

What is your favorite way to spend time?

What is your favorite vacation spot?

What is your philosophy of life?

What is your business philosophy?

 

Knowing yourself better is one goal of this exercise. Being able to consider your answers and, maybe change them is also ok. Sometimes we need to change our minds before we can move on.
